"Asked Billericay Heating to quote for supplying manhole cover at side of our house as the existing manhole cover and frame were badly rusted . I thought price of£180.00 +vat was high but wrongly assumed this was because of work would involve replacing old frame and cover. However, their engineer simply arrived with a new cover and forced it into old rusty frame. He was only here about 10 minutes. I felt immediately that I was overcharged for this Job and recently raised matter as cover still does not fit properly. They refuse to give me a breakdown of their invoice ie material + labour."
