"Lyam did loads of general bits in our house, hung doors, replaced architraves, tiled floors including levelling and reinforcing them. He was brilliant and a really nice guy! We moved out of Westcliff to the Midlands, and we are gutted we can't just get him to help us up here! Do not hesitate to book him for any building job if he is available. I really cannot rate him highly enough. My partners dad is an engineer and confirmed what we already knew - but that his standard was very high and no corners cut! Great builder. Eloise and Kevin, formally of Hildaville Drive."
