I had a nest of ants in my conservatory, and called Tony after many failed attempts with store-bought powders and bait. Tony was courteous, punctual, and dealt with the issue efficiently, for a fair price. I sent him a few follow-up questions, and he always replied quickly with great knowledge. Thanks to Tony, the ants are now long gone! I would recommend him to everyone, and while I, obviously, hope to never have this kind of issue again, I wouldn't call anyone else. Thank you, again, Tony!
Tony and the team were fantastic! Tony was able to give advise over the phone and via picture messaging to give a quote. He then fit us in within a matter of days. Cannot recommend then highly enough!
Really pleased with the service I received from Biochem pest control. Tony responded to my enquiry quickly and promptly booked to visit my property. After a thorough house assessment, Tony identified the cause of the problem as mice and identified likely entry points. Tony guarantees eradication and will be checking in after 2 weeks and will return if we have any further problems.
I recently had a problem with a Squirrel in my loft which had been driving me mad night and day. I found Biochem online and I’m so glad I did. Tony was so fast at responding and was very polite and informative on the phone about the process of extraction and anything else I needed to know/understand. He was able to come round very quickly and the noise stopped that evening after he had been round that very same day. Tony was also very quick at coming back to collect the Squirrel. I’m so thankful as I can finally get a proper nights sleep and no more being kept awake all night. The customer service, price and response were 2nd to none. Tony is really friendly and down to earth and definitely gets the job done. I can’t recommend him enough and I will definitely be using him again in the future if I need to 👍 thanks again Tony!
This is the second time I have used this company. Last year they dealt with a wasp nest in the roof of my extension. They sprayed it and it was inactive within 24 hours. On this occasion I thought I had a mouse infestation. Tony came round promptly, identified the problem as a rat and told me that it had probably got into the house via a broken sewer pipe. He was absolutely right when a sewer survey showed a gap in the pipe work. Traps were laid and the offending rat was dealt with. I thoroughly recommend this company.
I contacted Tony with a pest control issue that had arisen, and he returned my call swiftly. He then proceeded to give me extensive advice, whilst noting he would not come out and have us pay him money to do so as he did not feel it was right; as it would eventually resolve by itself. He was so friendly, helpful and offered further assistance if it was needed. Would not hesitate to contact Tony again.

We recently contacted Tony about a recurring problem with squirrels in our loft. Even with the restrictions currently in place, Tony came round as soon as he could and was friendly, professional and quickly installed traps for us. UNFORTUNATELY WE SAW A RAT IN GARDEN.TONY CAME WITHIN THE HOUR . LEFT TRAP AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. TONY RETURNED 2 WEEKS LATER AND LOOKS AS THOUGH RODENT FREE. TONY RETURNING IN ANOTHER 2 WEEKS CHECK AGAIN. ALL THIS FOR ONE OFF ORIGINAL PAYMENT . WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND .

One phone call to explain problem and within a couple of hours BioChem arrived, carried out survey, sprayed wasp nest and surrounding area. Explained what he had done and when the wasps should be gone by. Furthermore should any still be around will call back and spray again as they guarantee eradication. Very punctual arrived when he said he would, great price paid for a great service. Overall can't complain. Will definitely recommend.
