"After an initial good review, we were disappointed to spot an issue with the painting carried out in our lounge. Initially I didn’t think the paint had dried on the chimney breast, but it is now 3 weeks later and it is still shiny in places and tacky to touch, even after leaving the window open for several days and not having an issue there previously. I had messaged Chad about this twice asking for advice on 2 separate dates, sent photos and he has not come back to me. Totally appreciate mistakes happen but the lack of response is really disappointing."

"Chad did a great job of painting our lounge! He was also very courteous and kept everything tidy. We wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with Chad about any future painting work we need :)"
