"We had our boiler replaced and from the beginning Paul explained everything and couldn't have been more helpful. He managed to get it fitted really quickly which was great as our old boiler was dangerous. Dave who came to install the boiler was really friendly, did the job to a great standard and was respectful of our house. I would not go to anyone else now and I will never use British Gas again. 100% recommend!"
