Jerome is a competent plumber who was able to quickly identify the leak for the bathtub (degraded silicon on the overflow) and resolve it without problems. Unfortunately he wasn't able to completely resolve the shower as that requires tiling expertise however he did a good job at trying to reseal the shower and then checking that the seal had worked (it didn't as leak was from elsewhere).
