Replace garage roof Jordon from Hellaby Roofing and Property Maintenance Ltd visited my property and looked at the job. He was extremely helpful in giving advice and answering all my questions. He was quick to provide me with a quotation for the work, incorporating all the detail we had discussed and agreed upon on his visit. On receiving his quotation I had further questions, which I had failed to ask when he visited, and he answered everyone clearly and concisely. The weather was unsuitable for starting work on the roof on the day we had agreed, but he delivered materials that afternoon and started work the next day. He suggested having a skylight installed on the roof for extra light and that was a great recommendation. He completed the work in three days and I am extremely pleased with his workmanship. He has done a professional job and is reliable and trustworthy. With many builders I have dealt with in the past it is hit and miss when they turn up and go, but Jordan's communication with me was excellent. Replace guttering soffits and fascia Just had a job completed by Jordan from Hellaby roofing. The job was to replace guttering, so fits and fascias From the initial phone call Jordan was very polite, friendly and professional, he explained and answered any questions I had and talked me through what I wanted and what he would quote for. The quote arrived promptly via email, even though it was during the christmas period, I was happy with the quote, I had received a few and the would from them was fair and comparable. The job was booked in and Jordan and his colleague turn up punctual and got to work carry out the job. They were friendly and approachable and explained what he was doing and showed me the materials before it went up the ladder. The work was completed and I'm very happy with their workmanship, very professional and tidied up after each day. I wouldn't of thought changing the guttering, fascias and soffit would change the appearance of my house but its completly transformed it and it looks amazing, clean and fresh. Jordan made sure I was happy with the job 100% before the job was paid for of which I was very happy to pay for what had been done. Repointing a stone and brick chimney Hellaby Roofing has recently finished refurbishing a shared dilapidated chimney stack for myself and my neighbour. I was very impressed with the professional service given and work undertaken and I'm very pleased with the result on this rather difficult job. Jordan takes time to assess the work and talk it through thoroughly before supplying a very comprehensive and detailed quote. Very friendly and polite, Jordan always arrived on time and when expected and responded promptly to calls and emails about the job. I can't fault the service or workmanship given and would definitely use them again.

Repointing Required This job has taken longer due to Covid and is not yet quite finished …

Roof repair with lead flashing along cracked beam Jordan was very helpful and businesslike. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly after going up and having a look at the roof. He then was very clear about the repairs and took the time to explain and patiently answer my questions. And so far, nothing has leaked through after a couple of big storms. Would hire him again.

Lead flashing installation and chimney pot cap Jordan was really knowledgable and took the time to assess the work without trying to get us to pay for extra things we might not need. “This is most likely to be the issue, start by fixing that and then only do other things if you need to”. He did the work to a high standard and came back to finish the mortar around the chimney when more of the old mortar than he’d expected came off initially- he even filled in some cracks around the chimney pots with the mortar he had left over which was really appreciated. He was also able to fit us in at the weekend meaning we didn’t have to wait long. The only improvement point would be around organisation and planning. On two occasions we were expecting him and he didn’t come (one was due to being called out to an emergency roof repair and the other due to forgetting)- he apologised profusely on both occasions but it would be worth using a calendar and reminders to avoid this in future. Otherwise we’re very happy with the work and no longer have a leak now that we have new flashing on our chimney so would recommend Jordan.

Seepage into house across the wall I would highly recommend Jordan for the amazing job he did on my house roof. Honest(his strongest point), Quick, very competitive price and high skilled guy(some other people come to evaluate the damage and tried to ask me 5 times more than what it really was... £££) . He fixed the water seepage from the guttering, clean up all the moss, and sealed up properly the point where the water was coming into the wall cavity. Absolutely spot on👌

Lead flashing repair It was a pleasure meeting Jordan who is knowledgable, competent and very reliable. The leak was stopped with a temporary repair at first then he carried out the permanent solution on a return visit shortly afterwards. I would definitely recommend Jordan for professional roof work. Roof repair on ground floor small outbuilding roof I can't recommended Jordan enough. A++ and very knowledgeable in his field. He repaired our roof, replaced tiles and added flashing where it adjoins to the house wall and we no longer have any leaks. He suggested/added insulation to the small roof (once he remove to tiles to look for the leak) as it was found to have none. He also looked ( at our additional request) at where the conservatory roof joins to the house and we had another leak where the conservatory guys hadn't completed properly the work they carried out. Jordan put a quick short-term fix in .. and then explained what we must do to resolve it robustly as a long-term fix. I am so happy that I have found someone like Jordan, which gives me complete peace of mind that not only the job will be done, and it completely exceeds my expectations. Thank you.

Repointing 2 walls of a detached house We are very happy with the repointing Jordan undertook on our house. The grouting out and cementing was completed within 2 days. They worked really hard and the cement work is neat and tidy, leaving us water tight for the winter. They hosed down and cleaned up at the end of both days. They are so friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Blenheim Roofing to anyone.

Leaking roof repair / chimney apron? I can highly recommend Jordan. He came out on a Sunday to quote the job. Arrived (which seems to be a bonus these days with trades people it seems!), did a thorough assessment and not only provided a reasonable estimate for the work that needed doing, he actually spotted other things that needed attention, not in an attempt to get more work in for the sake of it, but that would actual save me money in the long run, so I actually ended up getting two chimneys completely re-leaded for a little more that what person quoted to remove just the one! On the day the work was completed, again he arrived on time, completed the work in the timely manner,being considerate of the neighbours and impacting their Sunday. He cleared away all his waste at the end of the job. If you are looking for a reliable and reasonable priced roofer in the midlands, look no further!

Repair to flat roof ... ? Reflet and bitumen. We had a leaky flat roof into the kitchen of our pub, so couldn’t open . Jordan Langford from Blenheim Roofing did an Immediate emergency solution with 1000 gauge polythene, securing it under the coving tiles etc . A very good emergency solution, which allowed us to safely open . Still holding well. Will organise a more permanent solution when able.
