John was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and professional, he turned up when he said he would (and would let us know if he wasn’t and why), he was neat and tidy, and we are really pleased with the quality and finish of his work. We would highly recommend, and would definitely use again. We waited a year for him to become available, but it was worth it!

John was excellent all throughout the job, including clear communication, arriving on time both days, treating our house with respect and leaving us with a superbly plastered room. Faultless.

John responded quickly and arrived promptly as arranged to assess the job. He gave honest advice and explained that major re-rendering was not required and all that was needed was some minor repair prior to repainting the wall. So although I did not need John's services on this occasion he impressed as being a pleasant and honest professional who did not try to 'sell' me work which was not required.
