Thank you for doing such a good job. It was a pleasure to meet Gene and his colleague; they are a credit to Blue A Ltd. They removed four sheets of cement asbestos roofing from an old coal barn, half of which was covered in ivy. They arrived exactly when they said they would and left everything really tidy. They also provided paperwork which explained where the asbestos would be finally disposed.

After Blue A conducted a refurbishment asbestos survey, I decided to proceed with their removal service. Two technicians located the old electrical box with asbestos-containing material (ACM). They removed the box from the void under the floorboards of the dining room and made sure everything was handled safely. While the cost was higher than I initially expected, the quality of the service made it worthwhile. I also appreciated that Blue A found a removal solution that fit within my budget, which helped make the process more manageable. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend Blue A to anyone in need of reliable ACM removal. Thanks Blue A!

Pros - Good new roof and positive quoting process. Cons - They didn't wear any protective gear nor carry out any special measures to protect the asbestos sheets when removing them from site. I'm now worried of the asbestos fibres remaining on site. Quoted to replace two rotten timbers, turned up without timber not knowing they needed to replace any and then only replaced one even after being reminded that the quote included two rotten timber beam replacements No communication about only replacing one timber until it was all finished, made us think what other corners have been skipped? When confronted they said the workers deemed the rotten beam in an 'okay' condition so left it. We paid for new, but we got an 'okay' rotting beam with no refund of the cost to replace, now it will cost us more to replace it when it does eventually break. When paying just shy £3000 for a small garage roof replacement we thought we'd get a better service than we did.

I hired Blue A to conduct an asbestos survey on a Victorian mid-terrace property before starting renovations. The initial contact was straightforward, and I chose the refurbishment survey (medium-level invasiveness). The report was detailed, clear, and easy to understand, using a traffic light system to indicate asbestos risks. Luke Marchant, the surveyor, was excellent. He thoroughly explained the process before starting and filled me in straight after his inspection. Luke even finished the job earlier, while being respectful of the property, which he left relatively tidy. Although Blue A’s pricing was slightly higher than other quotes, the service and professionalism were worth it. The lab results were delivered quickly (5 days), and I also opted for their asbestos removal service. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Blue A and highly recommend them. A hole in a wall was the largest survey damage, but it was not too bad; that wall will be knocked through anyway. Thanks Blue A!

Needed a small amount of asbestos removed urgently as part of a house clearance shortly before the completion date, and Blue A did the job - they responded really quickly to my initial questions, and fitted me in on the required date without issue. Collection was prompt and efficient - much appreciated.
