"Excellent email communication, always replied in good time, friendly and professional. Despite being quite far away, they were willing and happy to help with a deep clean after several weeks of contacting many closer cleaners that never got back to me. They even worked around some last-minute staff changes to make sure they could stick to the appointment. I was kept updated by text on the day, and the ladies Tracy and Holly (or Hollie?) were very friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. So grateful for their time and hard work on some very unpleasant tasks!"
