Great company - very much recommended
We have the majority of our windows replaced this year in two phases. They have fitted with care and respect to an older circ C18th cottage. We were very pleased with the sty back door securing our spaniels. The fitters were jolly and represented the company well on both occasions. We are very happy with the work including the final price and quotation process.

New Conservatory
Used Bluemanor for a new conservatory, initially really good. Pre-sales support was great, quote was very competitive compared to others. During work team did amazing work, cleaned up each day was provided clear details of what would be carried out when. Post sales support extremely poor. 18months on still waiting for Bluemanor to complete building regs sign off. Should had only taken 8-10weeks at most. Only hear from Bluemanor after lots of chasing and still no closer in sign off. Avoid if you want things done quickly.

Blue Manor Windows
What an excellent company with tradesmen who were always on time and got on with the Weatherboard, facia, windows and doors that I had fitted. They were excellent with their care in preventing minimal damage to the fabric of my house and their tidiness after each working day was excellent, internally we required no remedial decoration and externally it was kept to a minimum, they kept to their predicted program at every stage. Their aftercare is second to none and even after three years they respond with enthusiasm to any minor snags that I might have (door adjustments). Today my house still looks a million dollars and is a credit to them as the supplier/fitter of excellent products. The detail in their original quotation was precise and of excellent quality, as was the helpfulness of the sales person and the quality engineer who checked the quote to ensure everything was covered satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

First class service
I recently decided to have my double glazed windows replaced and having dealt with Bluemanor previously for some patio doors I asked them back to quote for the job. The sales process was refreshingly low-pressure with no 'if you place an order today ....' offers and a fully documented quotation explaining what was included. Once I have placed the order, the service team kept me updated on progress and next steps and we picked an installation date which suited both of us including a call the afternoon before to confirm everything was set up and the times of arrival. The installation itself was first class. The fitters were on time, worked quickly and as cleanly as possible whilst providing a first class finish to the windows. They took time to show me how the windows operate before leaving. I also received a follow-up call from the service team to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction, which it certainly was. Overall, this was a first-class experience and anyone looking to have windows or doors installed or replaced should certainly consider working with Bluemanor; I have already recommended them to one of my friends who is looking for similar home improvements.

French doors replaced
Our old french doors at the back of my garage were becoming difficult to lock. My daughter had a door replacement from Blue Manor which she then recommended that I dealt with them. Blue Manor gave me a quote after inspection of the existing doors. The quote was considerably lower than that of other firms and included better insurance and safety features. On acceptance of the quotation everything moved quickly resulting in the installation just over a month later. The paperwork was dealt with efficiently by email. Two men arrived as anticipated at 7:30 and the door was installed and working in about 3 hours. They showed me how best to use the locking system and was given 6 key. It has a 10 year guarantee and looks so much better than the old doors.

Excellent Service
Bluemanor Windows have been absolutely brilliant. They have been thorough right from the start, with the measuring, and designs, to provide us with exactly what we requested. All the staff are polite and helpful, especially when we needed one of the windows fitted early, they arranged it to work for us, which was amazing. Low E Glass Windows
I decided to use Blue Manor Windows as I had used them a few years before. They offer an excellent service from start to finish. The work was carried out in a day, and I had three new windows fitted. I received a call to advise what time they would arrive by, the team arrive on time on that day. The work was carried out in one day, the fitter cleaned up and even cleaned the new windows. All old windows were taken away by the fitter.

Great from beginning to end
Was looking for a new front door, had many quotes and home visits, but only one shone out, firstly the ability to show me a picture of my house with a choice of finished products, without this I would of certainly made the wrong choice, second the pleasant nature of the salesperson and all the information given and lastly a wider choice of fittings. Once ordered, the process was informative and quick, and I could not fault the surveyor who also imparted valuable information further informing my decision, and lastly, the professional and efficient fitting of the door. Fantastic Service
I have been so impressed with Bluemanor Windows. I was recommended them by a friend who had their front door replaced with them. Shannon came round really quickly and spoke me through the process and discussed options. Choosing the windows I wanted and the door was super easy, and I never felt pressured at any point. I was amazed at how quickly the windows and door were installed (6 windows and front door) with it only taking half a day. Jimmy and Marshall were both great in installing them and left no mess! A good local Company to deal with.
We have just had three replacement windows fitted by Bluemanor Windows. We visited their Braintree showroom where we able to view their products, receiving a detailed explanation of the features and benefits of the windows and finally, were given a competitive quotation. Excellent windows installation by Bluemanor
The Bluemanor windows installation at our house was excellent, and the final appearance is superb. The showroom samples and the computer simulations created by Deo were very good and gave a great view of what the final outcome would look like. The work to fit the new windows and remove the old ones carried out by Anthony and Austin was outstanding, with no damage to exterior rendering or to interior paintwork. They left the house clean and tidy each day and completed the work extremely efficiently, so that no delays occurred at all. We are very happy with the outcome and think that this company is very professional and well organized.
