I have used Blueserve for several years. The service is one of the best companies I have experienced. Polite, reliable, efficient. I would recommend Blueserve facilities.
Very respectful and careful workers who arrived when expected , wore overshoes and cleaned up well including wiping down all light switches ( without being asked). Would recommend.
We were disappointed by the service we received from BlueServe. They have done an ECIR report on our property while we were in the process of purchasing. Their report said all was in good order but when we moved in we discovered issues their engineer should have spotted: 1. Lights in both bedrooms flickering when switched on. 2. Oven made funny noises when turned on and then stopped working. Oven engineer told us it was the socket (and charged us over £100). 3. Other lights and switches not working. We contacted them but they wanted to charge us to come and check this further.
