Rob fixed my boiler after it stopped working. He was quick to diagnose the problem, gave helpful advice that was easy to understand and went through the various options and prices with me. The job was completed efficiently with and everything was left tidy afterwards. The price I paid was the price he quoted so very trustworthy and reliable. I would highly recommend
Had Rob back for the annual service on the boiler he fitted 6 years ago, it hasn’t missed a beat in that time and the service is always easy and straightforward. Good bloke that clearly knows his stuff, I wouldn’t have anyone else in to service my boiler.
This is the second time Rob has done a great job for us. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Good work much appreciated.
The trader came to my house to fix my central heating. At first he got my heating working as it came on but I had a Honeywell diverter valve that wasn't switching, I was in the other room for 5-10 mins why he was working on it & then I heard my boiler pulsating, as I came out he had cut wires trying to by pass it , I don't know why he had done this but he has blown my boilers circuit board. He was also in my boilers fuse board. My boiler was working 100% fine before he did this, he was very quick after to want his money saying this was an inspection that he had another job to go to & left me with no hot water & no heating so worse than what it was when he came round, not only has he charged me £75. I'm now having to pay out for a new circuit board for my boiler, £250 plus, more & someone to fit it.

Hello, i'm sorry you feel this way. All was explained to you at the time of the visit. You had, had several other engineers visit the property before myself. I diagnosed correctly the divertervalve being at fault, I was trying to temporarily bypass the valve to give you heating, until my next visit, when the valve was to be changed for new. To do so I had to make electricity safe, which means turning the power off from the fuse spur. This is what damaged your boiler, it should not of damaged your boiler but unfortunately, interrupting the power supply can sometimes not agree with 15-20 year old computer electronics. This would of been the same issue for any engineer, whether temporarily trying to get you heating or long term fixing it with a new diverter valve. Either way the power supply would have to be switched off to make safe working possible

From the very 1st meeting, there was lots of useful advice, from the size of boiler, how to improve circulation of our ancient system and what we might be looking to do in the future. We needed a new boiler installed after our old one was well past its time. After speaking through a friend Rob was round the next day and advised us on what needed to be done. We had received a few quotes and Rob’s quote was very competitive. After speaking with him we was booked in and all sorted very quickly with absolutely no hassle at all. Upon installing the boiler, Robs work was very professional, really punctual and would highly recommend his services. We will be using again for more heating works for sure!

Installed a new combi boiler for me. the time between quote and work was only a couple of weeks. Fantastic work, done in a timely efficient manner. Extremely pleased with every aspect of work and communication. In an era where you can barely get hold of a plumber, let alone any follow up, i could not recommend BoilersBoilersBoilers any more highly.
My father is a retired plumber and I'm a carpenter. I had a falling out with my plumber after he sold me a lemon car, so I contacted Rob on a Wednesday and he was willing to come out on the Thursday. It was a small job that most plumbers wouldn't get out of bed for. A hob install. I had already contacted x8 plumbers through the Gas Safe site and got nowhere. British Gas had come out and "didn't have the part". Tradesman were fed up joking about that 10 years ago. Then it took them another 2 months to come out again and the guy didn't turn up. Rob did the job in no time, and I've got to be honest - he needs to start charging people more. From my time working with my father, I can say these smaller jobs can be a pain (and can be just as costly as larger ones) and it's hard enough finding a plumber that will do one, even harder finding one that charges you more than a fair price. So - great guy. Knows his trade. Honest, and highly recommended.
We needed a dual fuel cooker installed and when Robert arrived he advised us on re routing the gas pipe. He made all required checks on our gas meter etc and also wired in the electrics. He was very polite and helpful and left no mess. The total cost was very reasonable and we would use him again without hesitation.
Very professional service. Job fully explained. The job was in an awkward space, but still done very quickly. Really appreciate coming out on a Sunday.
Rob was able to come out to sort my elderly parents heating after another company wouldn’t come back and fix the fault. He was able to come on the day I called and fixed the fault without any problems. The heating then had another fault which only came to light when the first problem was solved, Rob came back and was able to sort it . All without any fuss and very helpful. I can’t thank him enough.
Excellent - very friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend.
