“Jamie came around and took his shoes off during our first consultation about our requirements. We explained that we needed some specific settings due to myself being in a wheelchair and he was able to talk about our options in a clear way. I felt very comfortable and confident in how the initial conversation went. Jamie measured the area and left and was very polite. We contacted Jamie to ask for a start date and he gave us a date. He showed up on time every day and cleaned the area around the work every evening. We have enjoyed the patio area now for a number of weeks and we’re very happy.”

It started leaking within a year and they came back to do a repair. It leaked again. I tried to get them to come back but they stopped responding until I wrote a poor Google review - they responded and finally agreed to send their own expert but they didn't like what he had to say so it's court!
