Darren communicated clearly, gave time for decisions, and even crafted a leaf metal ridge flashing to finish the job. When a tile broke during scaffold removal, he returned to fix it. Both he and his colleague were friendly and helpful. Highly appreciated work—I’d gladly use them again.”
