From contacting me directly to arrange the quote as soon as he’d replied to my check a trade post, to liaising with me over which flooring and accessories to get (he could have supplied for me but I’d decided to get it in myself). On the day he kept me informed of his ETA, then he worked tirelessly to get the job done. He was so polite and respectful, for example asking permission to play music as he knew I was WFH in the next room. Such a friendly guy, and very skilled. The floor looks amazing! Thanks Matt!”
