"Mosty Richard did a great job, the quality is great and any difficulties or changes were dealt with easily. However, often he would be on site for a couple of hours and then leave for another job, and worse he did not quite finish the job before leaving site. Despite numerous emails and phone calls he never called back to come for that last visit to fix a small piece of snagging. This is so frustrating, and in the end I just did it myself - having incurred the cost of course. I can recommend Richard for a job mostly well done, but reliability and completeness are below expectations."
