From initial contact for a quote through to completion of the work, I found that the office and the electrician to have excellent communication skills. Although it was necessary to alter the original works date this was quickly rearranged and proceeded as agreed. On site the electrician was respectful and polite. He demonstrated good customer service skills alongside his technical knowledge. The works were completed within good time. I am very likely to engage this business in the future.
