I hired Mr. McIvor to re-roof my house, but it was a costly mistake. He used cheap, brittle tiles instead of the quality ones quoted, leading to multiple breakages. The poor workmanship caused two water damage incidents and mold. There were also issues with torn felt, broken tiles, faulty vents, and a dropped hammer damaging the plasterboard. When I raised concerns, Mr. McIvor promised fixes but only covered up the problems. In the end, I had to completely redo the roof with a new roofer. I would not recommend him.

Bradley was recommended by neighbours as they had some work done. He was really quick replying and managed to fit us within two days for the job that we needed doing. Bradley installed netting in our roof eaves/near the gutters as every year birds would nest and everything would get covered in poo. We waited until chick season was done and nests were empty and we haven't had a trouble since.

Bradley attended promptly and at the time agreed. He was very polite, courteous and professional in his approach. Work completed quickly and satisfactorily.
