"Following the erection of the scaffolding Brett Roofing removed the old asbestos tiles, battens and remaining roofing felt. They checked all the timbers and replaced where necessary. New battens and roofing felt were secured, followed by Spanish slates. Extensive lead work was required for the hips and the valleys. Guttering was renewed. A first class job."

They supplied and fitted new breathable roofing felt, battens, tiles, valleys and hips and Velux windows. They also fitted new rubber flat roof covering to the bay window and provided extra insulation here. They replaced a bit of guttering and repointed the chimney while they were at it.
