Steve has completed several jobs for me, including new cladding, windows and decking. Always very professional and tidy. Would highly recommend!

We had a Burst pipe in an upstairs Bathroom, this brought down part of our Lounge ceiling, after contacting Brierly Construction. Steve came round gave us an estimate to carry out the works including New Plasterboard, plastering the painted and decorated. Once agreed with our Insurance company They started on the Work in early September and finished by the middle of the month. Our next door neighbors are now have some work done by them as they were so impressed . I can’t recommend them enough.

I have been working with Steve for over 12 years on lots of developments back to back. Steve is such an experienced guy and project manager and also has a great team, I feel lucky to know them and couldn’t face the next development without them. Brierly construction have been the most important part of our development team over the last 12 years. Projects include new build commercial retail units and residential. Office to residential conversions and many other challenging developments including listed property, which would have been a lot more complicated without them. I'm looking forward to working with them on the next project.
