Steven and his team completed various jobs for us during 2022-2023. Steven and his company are extremely professional, hospitable and generous. I would always use him again for any future works and would highly recommend him to others.
Right from the start Steve was really thorough, breaking down every part of the project and what it'd cost. He kept me in the loop the whole time, making sure I knew exactly how things were going and what was happening next. They always go above and beyond, going that extra mile to make sure everything is excellent. I am still working with Steve and team on a on-going basis. I would highly recommend them.”
I have been working with Steve for over 12 years on lots of developments back to back. Steve is such an experienced guy and project manager and also has a great team, I feel lucky to know them and couldn’t face the next development without them. Brierly construction have been the most important part of our development team over the last 12 years. Projects include new build commercial retail units and residential. Office to residential conversions and many other challenging developments including listed property, which would have been a lot more complicated without them. I'm looking forward to working with them on the next project.

Steve and his team did an excellent job removing a load bearing wall and renovating our house. Steve ensured the project ran very smoothly, co-ordinating lots of different teams. He was always easy to contact and took all our wishes on board. We are very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Brierly Construction.
Thank you very much for swift response and support through that small project. Steven and Paul were very kind, polite ,very clean too- the job was done quickly. Steve Brierly and his team did a fantastic job for us. They knocked out a window and fitted a new patio door (see picture), and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The work was carried out to a very high standard, everything was left neat and tidy, and the finish looks excellent. From start to finish, Steve was professional, friendly, and reliable. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. The new patio doors have completely transformed the space and we’re really pleased with how smoothly the whole job went. I would definitely recommend Steve Brierly and his team to anyone looking for high-quality, trustworthy tradespeople.
