I rang Gavin about 6.45 pm and he answered the phone which is highly unusual for a tradesman..he was polite and agreed to take a look the next day but he was extremely busy and it would probably be Sunday when he could do the repairs. I decided to try a local builder I have used before and he agreed to do the work today . This is no reflection on Gavin and if the local builder couldn't do the repairs then I would have gone with Gavin. I wish him all the best and if I have any more problems I won't hesitate to give him a call because he does seem like a genuine guy.
