Building work is always disruptive, but Bens’ team were friendly, polite, efficient, and tidy. Bens’ ability to see what a building area can become is nothing short of hindsight in the present, his advice was incredibly helpful in both building and design, even beating those in the design business. Bens’ ability to provide those things not so ‘off the shelf’ was very much appreciated, and his eye for colours is not to be sniffed at."
