Attended on time, courteous and very pleasant. Service and battery change done in an efficient and effective way. First class workmanship.
Burgess Security Systems Limited have been looking after our alarm system for over 5 years (it was installed by another company 10 years before that). The team are always available on callouts if and when needed, and it gives me peace of mind knowing it is checked every year. Over the past 5 years Ross has installed a new battery, installed 3 new sensors that are pet sensitive after we got a cat, and does an annual service. Julie in the office is always so helpful and friendly too!
