He chose both the date and time to assess and quote for a large job, knowing that I'd have to travel and arrange an appointment with an estate agent. Not only did he not turn up but I had to ring him to find that he supposedly was running late on a previous job, and obviously was too busy to even call me. Wasted some 3 hours of my time.
