Went with Build-Pro after reading good reviews on multiple forums and after positive interaction during tender when BPC provided a thorough quote and time line. Project management throughout was spot on and the full team including sub contractors and multiple trades were great to work with and polite. The team were on site at 8am every day, left it tidy, and finished a complex build on time and to budget. The work is of a great quality and Matt and Dan were available throughout to talk through ideas or make recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Snagging was sorted with no fuss
Matt, Dan and their team were great. Very friendly, accommodating and keen to get the job done. They were reliable, turning up day after day to progress the work - they would have finished sooner, but had to wait for me, as I was sourcing some of the products myself (e.G. Glazing etc..). Matt always made an effort to check whether I was happy with the work and progress. The results are excellent and we're very pleased. I can definitely recommend BPC - they are very nice, genuine guys looking to do their best for the client.
Really pleased with the outcome. I was kept informed every step of the way and both Matt and Dan were very polite and always available to answer my questions. The reason the job took longer was due to our requests for the builders to do additional work e.G. Finish utility room cabinets, lay flooring, fix gate etc. I would definitely recommend and will be contacting Build-Pro for future projects.
