“I have used Ross Burgess for 33 years and would not think of using another company for my alarm needs. I moved into my current house 12 months ago and it had a very old alarm system installed. Fearing I would have to upgrade to a new and expensive system I asked Ross to give me his assessment. He soon had it working efficiently at the cost of a replacement battery and the servicing fee. I suspect other companies would have condemned a perfectly operable system on the basis of age. Ross attended again today for the annual service, I had forgotten it was due but received a promptly reminder with a list of available dates. He is always well dressed and punctual. This company fitted my now deceased's mothers alarm and again dis a first class job. She had the onset of dementia and they used a fob operated system so she was not confused remembering numbers. Julie in the office was so kind and helpful and this epitomises the standards this company sets. You will receive a better service.”

He is friendly and always willing to discuss ideas re. any changes required. He will offer advice and is always happy to answer questions. The service is thorough and Ross will explain each of the steps prior to undertaking the system test. The system/services have proved to be remarkable value. I am more than happy to recommend Ross and Burgess Security to anyone considering an alarm system.”
