Having moved into a new home and with the alarm system not working I was at a loss and also wanted to avoid the huge call out + hourly charges that ADT deploy. Post calling BSSL the initial discussion was open and honest and based on that i agreed on having an engineer visit the property in which he resolved the issue within the hour at the estimated cost quoted... to which i was made up about. BSSL also sent me (FOC) a full user manual and plastic key (FOC) for the emergency reset alarm so overall i'm very pleased with the level of service and value for money. Thx

Really excellent service from start to finish - really made to feel like a values customer. I found Ross and Lucy to be accessible, flexible and very professional. They weren't the cheapest option available, but reassuring to know that your alarm is being fitted to a high standard.
