This person called to fix a leak in the airing cupboard upstairs. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing and subsequently flooded the downstairs through the ceiling causing damage to my property. He left the job with water still coming out of a valve he had left open. I have never experienced anything quite like this and would certainly NOT be recommending this person to anyone.
