"Craig attended our home to fix a small inactive leak in the downstairs bathroom. The next morning we came down to find the cloakroom flooded. Craig came out quickly to stop the leak but didnt respond to whatsapp messages after this. After calling our insurance we found that his actions may have caused the flooding in the first place although this is not he said. This has caused thousands of pounds worth of damage to our home and means we are living with industrial dryers and bare concrete floors for Christmas."
