"I am pleased with my new bathroom. Chris was punctual every day. He stripped out the old bathroom, always keeping me informed, e.g., the shower tray had a flaw and had to be sent back, and a replacement was sent out promptly. He was thorough in his work and kept to the budget."

"Chris did an excellent job on our en-suite bathroom: replaced the bath with a walk-in shower, replaced loo, basin & radiator, and re-tiled walls & floor. He was thorough, careful, and left the bedroom clean and tidy at the end of every day. He was also reliable: he started when he said he would, came at 8am every day and worked a full day, and finished when he said he would. There was one small snagging issue and he came back first thing the next day to fix it. He gave us lots of useful advice, most of which we were glad we followed and some of which we wished we had. We would use again"
