Roof leaks, Carl said hed come out and fix which he hasnt. Lead was very badly done we had to re do it ourselves. Underlay ripped in areas. Old concrete and rubbish left under tiles. Roof in general is a mess. Nothing is straight or done correctly, have been left with a big gap between gable end and tiles which cant be fixed without re roofing. Whole back end of house plus extension has to be re done at our expense cause obviously hes not up to it. He was paid in full.
