There were some delays but this was more due to bad luck than bad management. There was one quite significant mistake but this was dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible and minor issues were quickly dealt with, no problem. Overall,I am very pleased with the work.”

Mark and Jan and their team are all lovely people to have in your house - polite,and friendly with no bad language or excess noise. There were some delays but this was more due to bad luck than bad management. There was one quite significant mistake but this was dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible and minor issues were quickly dealt with, no problem. Overall,I am very pleased with the work.
