“CV Lane did a full bathroom renovation at my new house. They sourced the products, removed the old suite, retiled, and installed the new suite. Their customer service was spot on from start to finish. Becky in the office was a fantastic help through the whole process, and Nick who fitted the bathroom was the most polite, friendly person, and he did a phenomenal job. I absolutely love my new bathroom, and the process was stress-free, and completed so quickly. Could not recommend CV Lane more. Will certainly be calling them for any requirements I have in the future.”

After trying to get some works carried out for a year now have told them not to bother as I have had to chase them. Nothing even progressed without me chasing. Never received any calls back or updates. Even after giving authorisation to start the works they still did nothing. Had enough of excuse after excuse.
