I would unhesitatingly recommend Craig and his dad Peter for plumbing and heating installation work. It was a great (and sadly, rare) demonstration of sound advise, excellent work, good value and pleasant personalities. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Craig and Peter.
Craig was great in all aspects from initial spec through the job and commissioning to the end, keeping tidy and leaving the site clean at the end. Delighted with the professionalism and the work. Highly recommended.
Craig replaced my LPG boiler. When he came to provide a quote he suggested an improved positioning of the boiler rather than a straight replacement, which we are happy with. He completed the work in a day and worked in a clean orderly fashion. We are pleased with the new boiler and the work done. I would definitely recommend Craig.

I had a new heating and hot water cylinder installed to replace our old header tank system. Craig and Peter came when they said they would, and did what they said they would without any fuss. Craig came out on the Friday evening, the day after first contact, and by late Saturday afternoon our new boiler had been fitted. We'd expected at least some delay and a degree of inconvenience, but Craig made the whole experience remarkably stress-free and we're very pleased with the result. Would recommend him unhesitatingly.

Oure boiler broke down over Xmas and we needed urgently a new boiler. Craig came within 2 days of calling and within a week we had a new boiler expertly installed and a warm house again. Craig and his father worked very hard and tidy and cleared everything away. The function and controls were fully explained to me and my wife. I just wish all trades people were like him. Craig has looked after our boiler for 5 years. It was an old Potterton combi boiler which eventually needed replacing. Craig installed a new Worcester Bosch Combi boiler, flu and replaced a two old radiators and thermostat. The work was completed in one day and he and his colleague were very tidy and left the flat very clean. All the paperwork was completed and certificates handover on completion.
Craig has just replaced the boiler in my house. I couldn’t recommend him more, he was very accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that the job was finished on time. He left the area clean and tidy and took away the waste materials. I found him to be competitively priced and will be using him in the future.
