Arrived when they said they would, performed their job with care and consideration ( and it was a messy job for them) and, having completed their own work successfully, were also willing to liase with Thames Water to get the whole system functioning. In addition, they were just pleasant people to deal with. Recommend them to anyone.”

He started his work about 4:30 pm with smile, and tried to claim us down as we only have one toilet in the house. It is quite a hot day and he explained very details of how would he tackle the issue and using different method. He is a true professional that always optimistic the situation, and keep us believe it can be resovle. At the ned, he put extensive effort to try different ways and solve it in an hour. Which is highly satified of his work.”
