We transformed this house from a fairly plain 4 bed 1950s house into a huge high end property with real presence!

Andrew was recommended by our builder, and we asked him to design our kitchen extension. Andrew had some great design ideas including a full length window set at a 45 degree angle on one of the corners. Andrew oversaw the planning process, and we were able to use his network for some of the technical aspects of the design (structural engineer). We are delighted with the results and the thoughtful design has added a huge amount to our family living space. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew's services to others, and would work with him again in the future.
Andrew and his team have been superb. They have worked really hard to bring our concept to life and in fact offered so much more than we could have ever hoped for. Very professional and easy to work with.

Andrew drew up plans for a loft extension. He was very professional, helpful and approachable. He answered all our questions in a way that was easy to understand. He made the whole process, including submitting plans to the Local Authority, seamless. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. .

I have used Cadplan on a number of occasions. It a fantastic personal service and Andrew is able to help and guide his clients using his vast experience and knowledge. I've been very happy with both the loft conversions that Cadplan have designed and have recently commissioned them to also design a kitchen extension for me. I cant recommended them enough. .

We have worked with Andrew since the early 2000’s gaining planning permission for several commercial conversions to resi, residential restructuring to flats, new build We have achieved many Listed building consents including a Grade 2* commercial to resi Conversion All of our applications have succeeded within a couple of months and we have always known of the decision within ten weeks of registration. We have never had a conversion application fail in all this time. Just now.

Cadplan Architecture Ltd has just done our plans for our new single storey conservatory. Getting planning permission can be confusing at the best of times, Cadplan talked me through the process and provided drawings that were compliant. Cadplan produced my drawings within an incredibly short time frame (2 days), providing an exceptional service in my opinion. Thank you and highly recommended.

Andrew did the plans for an extension which is currently being built. He was willing to make changes to make sure it fitted with our requirements. The initial work was done well and we were pleased with the results. When the work started we encountered problems with drainage which weren't foreseeable. Andrew has stepped in again to help out liaising with the builders directly which has been a massive help. Would definitely recommend.

Andrew designed a dormer extension to our property after the arrival of our second child. He was a pleasure to wok with and was incredibly helpful, even recommending builders and structural engineers for us to use. He was always available to go through the design and offered advice and suggestions even after he had completed the plans. Highly recommended!

The service is unrivalled locally in providing a highly experienced and professional approach to all projects with a personal involvement in each one. We are local authority accredited planning agents, a good working relationship often helps to secure planning consents and can reduce the time from 8 weeks to 6 weeks. Being design led as well as technical experts, we like to consider all projects from the viewpoint of the clients and the users by looking carefully at the interior design and layout as well as making sure the external appearances are 'right'. We are proud to have a 100% planning success rate for house extensions, residential change of use and also Listed buildings. The way we work is to take care of everything for you, but also involve you fully in the design stage so that you can have an input.
