Really impressed with the work Andy and his Son have done on our garage conversion. The work was done efficiently and communication was always concise, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond and we're always flexible with our requests and queries throughout the process.

Capital Building is a reliable professional and thoroughly trustworthy small building company. Big jobs or small Andy Jones takes great pride in what he does and provides an A1 service. We had our garden re modelled mainly to patio to create a Mediterranean style court yard garden. Andy interpreted what we wanted and the result is perfect. Role on the summer for proper use. Capital Building is my first choice go to every time. Excellent service with excellent customer focus. Recommended every time.

Andy has just completed a second building extension to our house having previously rebuilt and fitted our kitchen 3 years ago. We used Andy last year to 'tidy up' some drainage pipes and he made a wonderful job of that, so he is now repairing a broken toilet systern that has a complication of restricted access, which entails making a shaped window sill and retiling a wall. He has been really helpful with advice and ideas and even hung a clock and piece of wall art for us. Yes we would definitely recommend Andy of Capital Building and Maintenance.

Would definately recommend this company. Andy is a very proffessional, realiable and punctual tradesman. We had some radiatators installed and some old pipework removed. All done within a week of finding Andy's number on this site. He even managed to fit us in again at the end of the week as one of our other radiatators started to leak. He is happy to offer advice. Will be keeping this number for future work.
