called about a broken fridge freezer which subsequently fixed itself. when booking i had to pay a callout charge of £108 and they were going to come over later in the week. the charge was paid to them immediately. upon cancelling they said they would pay me back the callout charge. 12 days later i am still waiting , despite assurances i would be refunded by the end of the day.

Unprofessional and rude staff (both engineer and service centre), incorrect diagnosis of issue (which happened to cost 4x the amount of the parts actually required), quoted 6 weeks to fix the issue when it actually took 2 days with a different company. I’m still awaiting a refund of £241 paid for the parts that I never received or needed. Manager John Fisher is never available to take my calls to discuss or get to the bottom of the issue. Never use this company - they will scam you!
