We were given Carib Electrical details through Sunsynk our inverter company as we were very badly let down by a previous company who installed our solar array. Joe at Carib Electrical was absolutely incredible in coming out quickly to check our failing system and found so many faults which he corrected and with his professional knowledge which l have to say is immense, he really knows everything about solar systems and is a very knowledgeable in installing, maintaining, our solar array has worked perfectly since Joe became our ‘go to solar company’ for our system. I can highly recommend Joe.

I had solar installed 3 years ago we had a problem, l called the company who installed the array to come back & correct the faults they wouldn’t come, l was given Joe Smith Carib Electricals details by our inverter company & he has been nothing other than an extremely helpful. He came out immediately and sorted out our problems, getting on the roof in horrendous wind and rain. He also found faults with our installation that we did not know about and corrected them. I can highly recommend Joe Smith as a knowledgeable & professional engineer and would always call Joe with future problems.
Jo was very reliable. His knowledge was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Consideration was given to our needs and solutions offered. Very pleased overall and would highly recommend.
