Refurbishment of ground floor of house. Two walks removed to open up kitchen to lounge. New kitchen fitted. Underfloor heating to all ground floor. New shower room fitted. Flat roof replaced and a sky light window fitted in the roof. Patio doors fitted with an increase in space.

Carl Construction came highly recommended to me. He came around for the quote and organized the job was sorted as soon as possible. The roof issues were sorted in no time, they were very responsive throughout. Fair priced quote ,delivered on what they quotes and were very efficient.

Karel (pronounced Carl) was very proactive and responsive from the initial discussions. We already had a kitchen quote from Howdens so were predominantly looking for a fitter. However Carl Constructions seems to work on a consultancy/middle man basis, from a range of suppliers and fitters, which we found didn't quite work for our budget and needs. Ultimately we didn't contract Karel for these reasons, nevertheless he was very approachable and responsive in discussions and I wish him well

We contracted Karel for a complete refurbishment of a two bedroom flat. Karel was very responsive from the start and always available for questions. He kept within a tight budget and was good with advice on different solutions. Some of the work had to be redone because of misunderstandings between the suppliers which meant that the work finished a few weeks longer than expected - however this is to be expected in this industry in my experience and Karel took our feedback on board. I appreciated his transparency and constant availability which makes him stand out in this industry where I worked with many people.

Karel did a fantastic job at preparing my flat for sale. He and his team took great care to ensure that the finish was superb. As soon as the flat went on the market, we had lots of viewings and shortly thereafter 2 offers. I’m delighted to say that it’s now sold! Cheers Karel!
