Installation of home EV charger

Simon installed an EV charger for me at my home. Everything about the experience was first rate. Really good website, prompt replies to my queries and total reliability in doing what he said, when he said he would do it. Simon has a genuine commitment to customers - as well as being a a really nice chap. Definitely my electrician of choice from now on.

Simon was brilliant at keeping us informed of when he could attend and complete the job. He arrived on time and the work was carried out on time and at the price he gave us. He also cleaned after he had finished and left the house as he had found it. I would definitely recommend him

We wanted some external lights fitted around the house and garage and found Carter Electricals through google. Simon was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and just a genuine nice guy. Through email communication we arranged for a initial visit to view our property and locations where we wanted the lights fitted. We then communicated over Whatsapp with regards to confirming what lights we used and arranged fitting all within a week. We are more than happy with his work and he will definitely be the 1st sparky I turn to for any future works.

Simon was brilliant at keeping me informed on his eta throughout the day as he managed to fit me in when I’d called up that morning. He was extremely courteous, polite and friendly whilst offering a better solution to the problem. Couldn’t have asked for a better service and will definitely use Simon again!

Fitting of 5 smoke and heat alarms, 10 light fittings, recessed ceiling spot lights, hardwired bathroom cabinet, smart door bell and external light, extra power points (including garden), dimmer switches in two rooms and smart central heating hub. Prompt and clear communication, punctual and place tidied when finished. Diligent and good attention to detail resulting in excellent standard of work. Really happy and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Simon, great job!

Simon installed all the electrics in a new shower room for me. I could tell he would do a good job from the moment he visited to assess and quote for the work. He was quick to work out what was needed and offered a very competitive price. He turned up on time and worked diligently to get the job done. He was very polite, friendly and tidy. I think I have found 'my electrician' the one I will call on whenever I need some electrical work done.

From the first visit to advise on possibilities, on a new lighting system, in our listed building with its beams and quirky architecture, to the completion of the installation of our new lighting system we are happy with all the advice, communication and the finished system.
