An excellent business, I was very impressed , they were polite and very hardworking . Liam went above and beyond , they have an excellent work ethic. They did a great professional job and left everywhere spotless after completing the work on my chimney and roof . I highly recommend them.

They charged as quoted and prior to work starting Liam took the time to look round my property and discuss what I wanted doing (I'd recently moved so was working through a list from the building survey). An ideal experience from start to finish - they were really transparent about exactly what they would do, and clearly itemised the quote and invoice, and handled all the communications with the makers of the swift bricks and did the necessary research. While the work was being done, they were very respectful and communicative, with both myself and my neighbours, and diligent about the quality of their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Liam and Sheena (office) were both helpful and quick to respond to my queries. Liam came and did the repointing at the time and date arranged and the work was completed to schedule to a high standard. We had a little problem afterwards with an airbrick which Liam came back to fix immediately and gave us some really good advice on preventing damp. Excellent service and workmanship.

Work was done very professionally and in a timely manner, quality of work was to the highest standard. Everything was cleaned and you would even know they were there. A truly great service from carter’s restoration
