26 out of 100, with a caution: only 4 reviews held yet. A small public record keeps the evidence thin, and the score reflects that.

About
A young residential architecture practice working with homeowners to guide them through the process of extending or renovating their home. I am passionate about residential architecture and helping homeowners extend, renovate or convert their homes. I've been working with homeowners for over 5 years to create their dream homes. I know that no project is too small and work from all scales from small internal refurbishments to large home extensions. I guide you through your project from the initial consultation to finishing construction. I break the process down into manageable steps, each with a fixed fee so you know the costs. I help you explore your ideas and designs in 3D, helping you visualise the space. I'm also able to suggest suppliers and manufacturers for interior fittings and finishes. All designs are created with your budget and any relevant planning/permitted development guidance in mind. I then move the project through building regulations and onto tender to get costs from builders. I can also manage the build and the building contract should you choose. I have experience working with Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas and sustainable design. Please get in touch to arrange a consultation! Thanks!
