I chose Castle Windows for a few reasons. I now understand that a company doesn't have to be pushy if their products and service speaks for itself. I was allowed to take the time to think things through and changed my mind a couple of times which wasn't felt to be an inconvenience. When I raised a query, I got a response. The installers communicated well and did an excellent job. My house looked like the worst on the street but now it looks the smartest and feels a lot warmer too. VERY happy.

Very happy to leave a positive review for Castle Windows after further installations and upgrades. We had full windows and doors replacement s in our last home so were very happy to ask them to replace a door and repair another at our new address. Their staff are so knowledgeable and all work completed to our satisfaction. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
From a fast response for a quote through to efficiently completing the work, everything was done professionally and with pride. A very satisfied customer.
