He was courteous to my elderly mother, respectful of Covid regs, and worked solidly ensuring we received exactly what we'd requested. He even drove miles for a part he didn't know about beforehand and didn't charge us extra, AND completed the job on the day, leaving us with nothing but a warm home. Impressed with his cleanliness /work ethic. He's friendly, polite, and is now in our 'call again' book. 5* recommendation."
