“They replied very promptly to my request and communication was excellent throughout. They managed to fit the job before the end of the week. They hung two cottage style oak doors and were able to advise on the most suitable fixings along the lines of what we requested. They arrived promptly on the day and fitted the doors efficiently and to a high standard. They also provided good advice on wood care.”

The door hasn’t closed properly since fitting as the latch petrudes too far. I contacted them to get it rectified but have not had a response in 48 hours. Today I got trapped in the bathroom and had to have the door put in, the handle came off altogether trying to get out. I’ve paid for a terrible job and can’t get any response.
