Highly recommend this service. We received a first-class experience. The engineer, John, arrived on time and carried out the installation of our new boiler with the minimum of disruption. He was very polite and explained everything well. We are absolutely delighted with the new boiler and the overall experience. Five stars!
This company provided an excellent service from start to finish. The initial consultation was very informative, and they answered all of my questions with a lot of patience. The installation team was punctual, friendly, and worked very efficiently. They even went the extra mile to fix a small leak in one of my radiators while they were here. I’m very happy with the result and would highly recommend them.
Excellent service. The engineer, John, arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced our old boiler quickly and with minimal disruption. He was also very careful to protect our carpets and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was finished. It’s a relief to have a reliable boiler again, especially with the cold weather coming in. I would definitely use their services again.
Great experience with this gas service provider. After being let down by another company, I contacted them and they were able to provide a clear, competitive quote within 24 hours. The communication throughout was excellent, keeping me updated at every stage. The installation was carried out to a very high standard, and they even took the time to explain how the new controls worked before they left. Very professional team.
Very pleased with the service. We had no hot water and they managed to fit us in for an emergency installation within two days. Ben was very proactive and explained everything clearly, which really put our minds at ease. The engineers worked quickly and left everything neat and tidy. A first-class service from a very genuine team.

I recently had my old boiler replaced and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. From the first phone call to the final installation, everything was smooth and professional. Tom was super helpful in helping me choose the right boiler for my needs. The engineers were polite, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless. It’s great to find a company that actually does what they say they’re going to do.
Fantastic service from start to finish. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded to my initial enquiry. Harry came out to do the survey and was very thorough, explaining all the different boiler options without any of the usual sales pressure. The installation was booked in for the following week and the team arrived right on time. They worked incredibly hard, kept everything tidy, and the new system is working perfectly. Highly recommend this company!
I would highly recommend this boiler installation company to anyone looking for a new system. The whole process was incredibly easy and stress-free. From the initial video call with Richard to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They provided a range of options and helped me pick the best one for my budget. The quality of the work is top-notch and the customer service is second to none.
Jon very polite and professional, has dealt with the problem well and quickly resolving gas leak and enabling us to use boiler straight away; he has also done a clean job and definitely recommend him.

Very good work on new boiler installation Helped with questions I had and helped me clean too
I have used Centrona for at least 15 years - a regular contract for servicing my home, and for gas safety checks and servicing of another house. They have always been reliable. Ben came this week for the annual service - he arrived on time, was very efficient , and of course polite, and sorted out the problems. In the past, when tenants lost heating over the New Year, Centrona came round really quickly to sort it out.
The installation was a difficult job in a second floor flat where scaffolding was required for the flue. This required agreement with the managing agents, and the company were extremely cooperative in ensuring that the agreement was obtained promptly, providing full information that enabled this to be done. The installation and removal of the scaffolding was completed efficiently and in a timely manner with no disturbance to other residents. Ben, who fitted the boiler was prompt and pilot. The installation was not straightforward, and Ben constantly consulted over difficulties and on how the issues could be resolved. He was able to complete the installation on schedule and his work was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend using Ben and this company.
Centrona gas installed our boiler 10 years ago and it is still going strong. Excellent care including annual service and engineers are always brilliant. Definitely recommend!
