After we moved into our new home, we needed our heating upgraded with new radiators and piping. The installation was done on time, and the engineers were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions. Excellent service!
Very pleased with our new boiler installed today. The quality of work was excellent. The lads were professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The team made sure everything was tidy and left no mess behind. We are really pleased with the result and will definitely use you again.
I needed urgent help with my boiler, and Centrona Gas came through for me. The engineer was knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. The entire process, from scheduling the appointment to completing the job, was smooth and hassle-free
I’ve been having a bad experience with my insurance company who are supposed to be covering my me boiler system. However it’s been a lot of agro trying to get through to them. So I looked up Centrona who are based in south east London and was pleased to take the leap and take out the Centrocare boiler plan with then. I’ve been using them for various work and they’ve always managed to fit me in quickly. Very quick turnaround and boiler fixed in no time.
I Have been using Centrona for my 20 properties in the New Cross/Old Kent area. They are always on time, never any hassle and I access all my documents including gas safety certificates via their online system. I would like to thank Rachel so much who is always on hand to help

Very pleased with my new boiler that was installed today. It warms up the house in much better than my previous boiler. Very pleased with just how speedy the whole process was.
I contacted Centrona Gas for a heating issue, and they responded immediately. Jack arrived the same day, fixed the problem, and gave me advice on how to avoid it happening again. A very professional service and Jack is a real asset to your company.
Yourrepair.com refused to repair my Valient boiler siteing it’s beyond repair. This is despite paying them the insurance for 4 years. I initially called Centrona for a quote to replace my boiler and spoke to Sarah who organise a call with one of her engineers prior to obtaining a quote to replace the boiler After speaking with John the engineer on the phone who said it’s likely my boiler can be repaired he manged to get my boiler working within half an hour. Unbelievable expertise. Happy to leave a 5 star review thanks to John the engineer. Excellent.
Very easy to order a boiler replacement and through your platform the sales chat was very informative. From my intiial enquiry to installation was less than 24 hours was very good. The engineer knew his stuff and the old boiler was quickly removed. The boiler was delivered around 9am. The new boiler was quickly fitted and tested. Would have given 10 stars if I could.
