We purchased a £15,858 automated gate in Feb ‘24 which should of taken two days to install. After much delay they began the install in June. It’s Nov and they have not been to complete the install. They have also added £1500 charges which were not discussed nor agreed with us. We have notified the right authorities to our complaint. In our personal opinion we would never recommend them.
